1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Steadwell website located at steadwell.club and any administrative services you engage from us. By accessing the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Steadwell offers the following administrative services:

Service descriptions on the website are for general information. We will confirm the scope of any specific engagement in writing before work begins.

3. Placing an order

To engage a service, please contact us through the enquiry form on our website or directly by telephone or email. An engagement is formed only when we have confirmed the scope and you have agreed to the applicable fee in writing. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion.

For business services such as the HR Onboarding Reference Kit, an authorised representative of the relevant organisation must make the engagement on its behalf.

4. Fees and payment

All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms will be specified in your service confirmation. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed at the time of engagement.

We reserve the right to adjust our fee schedule from time to time. Any change will not affect an order already confirmed in writing.

5. Cancellation and refunds

If you wish to cancel an engagement, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Where work has not yet begun, we will discuss a suitable resolution. Where work is already in progress, fees may be payable for the portion completed. Each situation is considered on its own circumstances and we aim to reach a fair outcome.

We do not make general refund commitments beyond what is set out in your individual service agreement.

6. Your responsibilities

To allow us to provide a service effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information and documents as reasonably requested
• Tell us promptly if anything you have provided is no longer accurate
• Hold any required permissions to share documents with us
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others

7. No professional advice

The information and materials we provide are for general reference and administrative support only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment or any other form of professional advice.
